Established in 1999, it equips youth with industry-relevant skills through diploma programs, short courses, and apprenticeships in fields like engineering, IT, and trades. BTEVTA collaborates with industry, national bodies like NAVTTC, and international partners (e.g., EU, GIZ) to ensure market‑relevant curricula, modern facilities, and certification standards. Its recent initiatives include sending trained youth abroad, integrating all polytechnic institutes under its umbrella, and forging public–private partnerships to boost employability, entrepreneurship, and economic development across Balochistan
