The TVET Sector Support Programme would not be possible without the vision and support of our donor community. Co-funded by the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany, and implemented by GIZ together with the British Council, the programme reflects a shared commitment to inclusive, sustainable development and stronger skills for Pakistan’s future.

Our donors contribute much more than funding. They bring global expertise, strategic guidance, and a platform for policy dialogue that helps shape long-term reforms in Pakistan’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system. By aligning international resources with local needs, they ensure that young people, women, returnees, potential migrants, and persons with disabilities have the opportunity to gain market-relevant skills and access real jobs.
