BMZ
The Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) is Germany’s government body responsible for shaping and implementing development policy. It works with more than 130 partner countries to promote sustainable development, reduce poverty, strengthen peace, and protect the climate. Guided by the UN’s 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals, the BMZ cooperates with international organizations, civil society, and the private sector to advance fair and equitable global development.
