Over 70 people from all over Pakistan participated in this activity, which is expected to catalyse a process of transformation for target groups. Evaluations undertaken during the workshop pointed to the achievement of the objective of training the trainers on two counts; career counselling and job placement.
Representatives from TVET Reform Support Programme, Technical Education and Vocational Training Authorities (TEVTAs), Employment Exchange Services and from private institutions took part in the evaluation of trainers in which they demonstrated their abilities as national trainers.
The unique aspect of this activity was that it was planned and organized by the trainees themselves as part of their training to qualify as national trainers. Participants did their work diligently; from the seating arrangement, welcoming guests to dealing with technical questions asked by other participants.
