Component III - Effective & Innovative Training delivery & Labor Market Information and Services

"Component 3 aims at increasing the relevance of TVET by strengthening the use of labour market data for making decisions regarding TVET sector development. A Fund for Innovative Training (FIT) has been established to support new approaches and increase access of vulnerable groups to TVET. FIT emphasis on projects in four windows: 1) green skills, 2) empowerment of women, youth and marginalised groups, 3) enterprise involvement and 4) entrepreneurship. These projects are expected to make the TVET system more flexible and more responsive to the needs of people in areas with low coverage."
