Project Description:

The project addresses the existing mind-set of traditional careers for genders. The project undertakes to train 432 men and women in repairing electrical equipments such as refrigerators and air conditioners. The women will be supported to set up jointly run business centers. The project is an attempt to address the poverty issue of people living in remote areas of Sindh , Pakistan. The purpose of the project is to train poorest of the poor people in areas such as Rehri, Ibrahim Hyderi and Korangi to be successful entrepreneurs.
