Component I - Governance

Component 1 works towards improving TVET sector governance, institutional structures and developing a well-functioning coordination mechanism between stakeholders at federal and provincial levels. The National Skills Strategy, under this component, is being translated into national and provincial implementation plans, which will serve as instruments for tangible and coordinated development of the technical and vocational education and training sector. Activities under this component also focus on the development of a quality assurance system as a sound foundation for quality delivery of technical and vocational education and training.
